About Me

As a current Master of Arts in Counseling (MAC) student at Multnomah University, I bring a unique blend of personal experience, academic rigor, and a deep-seated passion for supporting teens through their individual journeys. My own story, marked by adoption and a rich tapestry of cultural and personal diversity, fuels my dedication to understanding and helping others navigate the complexities of their lives.

I believe in the power of listening and validating each person's unique narrative. My approach to counseling is built on the foundation that clients are the experts of their own experiences. With empathy and respect, I work alongside my clients, helping them to uncover their own strengths and solutions within their stories. My goal is to create a safe and supportive space where individuals feel seen, heard, and empowered to make positive changes.

My expertise is rooted in a broad understanding of the challenges and triumphs that come from all walks of life. Whether addressing mental health issues, navigating life transitions, or exploring identity and self-expression, I am committed to offering compassionate, client-centered support. My work is informed by a blend of contemporary counseling techniques and the latest research, ensuring that my clients receive care that is both empathetic and effective.
